The Zion Performance Program Highlights

Here are the three program options:

1. Summit Program: 1-on-1 Comprehensive Coaching

The SUMMIT PACKAGE is a premium 1-on-1 coaching experience focused on achieving high-impact results. You’ll work closely with Zach, who will design a personalized coaching plan centered on your unique needs, including functional lab testing, nutrition coaching online, and fitness regimens.
We discuss these in the 90-minute results review and initial recommendations session. This 90-minute meeting lays the blueprint for your success.
After that, it’s time for the 45-minute coaching sessions. These 8 sessions dive deeper into 6 categories of wellness: Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress Reduction, Supplementation, and Spirit (D.R.E.S.S.S.).
We will also use this time to check in on your progress. If you have run into any roadblocks, we’ll discuss strategies for overcoming or overcoming those difficulties.
Overall, the Summit Program is perfect for in-depth support to reach ambitious fitness and performance goals. Nutrition coaching for professionals also ensures that your body achieves maximum replenishment.

2. Student-Only Package

The STUDENT STARTER PACKAGE offers targeted coaching focused on performance and recovery.
The package is ideal for balancing studying and athletics. It offers a tailored approach to safe training practices and a focus on nutrition coaching for students. The package also includes questionnaire analysis and a-la-carte functional lab testing if desired.
In the student starter package, we discuss these in the 90-minute results review and initial recommendations session.
Once we’ve established the plan, you’ll receive two 45-minute coaching sessions. These tighten the initial plan, monitor your progress, and provide accountability. We may also dive deeper into wellness by applying it to your unique situation.
It’s ideal for student-athletes seeking improvement in their sport with structured, safe guidance.

3. Zion Membership

For clients who have already completed one of the above programs, the ZION PERFORMANCE MEMBERSHIP provides ongoing support to maintain momentum and further your progress.
